• Decants are expertly prepared in a clean, professional environment
• Product images are for illustration purposes only - actual products may vary slightly
• Prices include product cost but exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer
• Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice

Placing Orders:

• All orders must be placed through our website
• You will receive an order confirmation via email
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

Payment Methods:

• Online Payment via PayHere (Credit/Debit Cards)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) - LKR 350 delivery charge applies
• Bank Transfer (prior arrangement required)

Payment Terms:

• Full payment must be received before order processing
• Failed payments may result in order cancellation
• We do not store your payment card information

• We deliver only within Sri Lanka
• Standard delivery takes 1-3 working days
• Delivery charge: LKR 350 (flat rate)
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day
• Ensure delivery address and contact details are accurate
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

We accept returns only for damaged products:

• Report damage within 24 hours of receiving the product
• Provide clear photos/videos showing the damage
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Eligible for full refund or replacement (your choice)
• Refunds processed within 3-7 business days

Non-Returnable:

• Change of mind or wrong order placed by customer
• Used or opened products (except if damaged)
• Decanted perfumes (hygiene reasons) unless damaged during shipping
