- • Products marked as "Free Shipping" ship FREE regardless of order value

6 Delivery Process & What to Expect
Here's what happens when your order is out for delivery:
Before Delivery:
- Courier will contact you by phone 1-2 hours before delivery
- They'll confirm your availability and address
- You can request a specific delivery time if you'll be unavailable
During Delivery:
- Delivery occurs during business hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (Monday-Saturday)
- Signature required upon delivery for security verification
- ID verification may be required for high-value orders
- Inspect package for any visible damage before accepting
- You can refuse delivery if package appears damaged (notify us immediately)
If You're Unavailable:
- Courier will leave a delivery notification card with contact details
- Re-delivery will be attempted the next business day
- You can arrange pickup from nearest courier office
- After 3 failed delivery attempts, order returns to us (re-delivery charges apply)
📞 Delivery Contact:
Ensure the phone number provided is active and reachable. Missing courier calls can delay delivery by 1-2 days.
7 Important Delivery Information

- ✓ Accurate Address: Double-check your delivery address, postal code, and phone number before checkout. Incorrect details cause delays and may incur additional charges.
- ✓ Complete Address: Include apartment/house number, street name, nearest landmark, and postal code. Incomplete addresses delay delivery.
- ✓ Reachable Phone: Provide a phone number where you can be contacted during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM).
- ✓ Alternate Contact: Add an alternate contact number in delivery notes if you may be unavailable.
- ✓ Inspect on Delivery: Check package condition and contents before signing. Report damage within 48 hours.
- ✓ Someone Must Be Available: Arrange for someone to receive the package if you'll be away. We cannot leave packages unattended.
- ⚠️ Delivery Delays: We're not responsible for delays caused by:
- - Incorrect or incomplete address
- - Unreachable phone number
- - Recipient unavailability
- - Courier service delays
- - Weather conditions or natural disasters
- - Public strikes or political unrest
- - Government restrictions or force majeure
- ⚠️ Wrong Address Charges: If order is returned due to wrong address, you'll be charged:
